Red Chilli, Corriander, Ginger, Garlic,
Cumin Seeds, Black Paper, Cardamom,
Cinnamon, Clove, Turmeic, Bay Leaves, Salt
& Natural Food Ingredients.
Meat (Beef/ Chicken / Mutton) | 1 ½ kg small cubes |
Onion medium | 5 finely sliced |
Yoghurt | 200 gms |
Garlic paste | 1/2 tablespoon |
Ginger shed | 2 tablespoon |
Oil/Ghee | 1 ½ cups |
Kewra | 2-3 tablespoon |
Taj Qourma Masala | 50 gms |
1 Heat Oil/Ghee in a deep pan and fry onions on high flame for 10 mins. Reduce the
Flame and fry onions until golden brown. Removes the onion and spread on wax paper.
2 In the same oil/ghee and garlic and fry for a while and add meat, yogurt, ginger and
Taj Qourma Masala Spice Mix. Cover and cook on low flame until the meat is tender.
And a cup of water if desired.
3 Add crushed fried onions and kewra water and simmer on low flame until the oil
Spprates from the masala. Serve with Nan, Taftan and Shermal.
Serving Suggestion : 6 to 8 persons.
