QOURMA MASALA

INGREDIENTS:

Red Chilli, Corriander, Ginger, Garlic,
Cumin Seeds, Black Paper, Cardamom,
Cinnamon, Clove, Turmeic, Bay Leaves, Salt
& Natural Food Ingredients.


INGREDIENTS:

Meat (Beef/ Chicken / Mutton) 1 ½ kg small cubes
Onion medium 5 finely sliced
Yoghurt 200 gms
Garlic paste 1/2 tablespoon
Ginger shed 2 tablespoon
Oil/Ghee 1 ½ cups
Kewra 2-3 tablespoon
Taj Qourma Masala 50 gms

EASY STEPS:

1 Heat Oil/Ghee in a deep pan and fry onions on high flame for 10 mins. Reduce the
Flame and fry onions until golden brown. Removes the onion and spread on wax paper.
2 In the same oil/ghee and garlic and fry for a while and add meat, yogurt, ginger and
Taj Qourma Masala Spice Mix. Cover and cook on low flame until the meat is tender.
And a cup of water if desired.
3 Add crushed fried onions and kewra water and simmer on low flame until the oil
Spprates from the masala. Serve with Nan, Taftan and Shermal.
Serving Suggestion : 6 to 8 persons.
