Red Chilli, Salt, Garlic, Big Cardimom, Corianders,
Pappaya, Clove, Black Pepper, Small Cardimom,
Cumn Seeds & Natural Foof Ingredients.
Meat (Beef/Chicken/Mutton) | 1 ½ kg to 2 kg small cubes |
Tomatoes | 6 Medium sized cut in small pieces |
Green Chillies | 6 medium sized whole |
Garlic Paste | 1 ½ tablespoon |
Ginger (Shareads) | 5 tablespoons |
Ghee/Oil | 3 cups |
Taj Karahi / Fry Gosht Masala | 50gms |
1 Put the meat in a small deep pan. Add 2 to 3 cups of water, Ginger, Garlic & Taj Karahi/Fry Gosht Spice Mix.Then cook on low flame till the meat is tender.
2 In a Separates Pan put oil/ghee & fry the tomatoes till half tomatos is done. (Fry for 12 to 15 minutes).
3 Now mix the meat and green chillies with tomatoes. Cover the pan and cook on high flame for
5 minutes & then for 10 minutes on low flame.
4 Spread lemon juice & finely cut green chillies. Delicious Karahi/Fry Gosht is ready. Serve with hot nan.
1 Take a pan put oil/ghee & Fry onion (cut in small pieces) until golden brown, then mix in grinded garlic
& Taj Karahi/Fry Gosh Masala till the oil is spread.
2 Now put the chicken fry on high flame and check the chicken it is ready. Serve with hot nan and kulcha.
