|Meat (Beef/Chicken/Mutton)||1 ½ kg to 2 kg small cubes|
|Tomatoes||6 Medium sized cut in small pieces|
|Green Chillies||6 medium sized whole|
|Garlic Paste||1 ½ tablespoon|
|Ginger (Shareads)||5 tablespoons|
|Taj Karahi / Fry Gosht Masala||50gms|
1 Put the meat in a small deep pan. Add 2 to 3 cups of water, Ginger, Garlic & Taj Karahi/Fry Gosht Spice Mix.Then cook on low flame till the meat is tender.
2 In a Separates Pan put oil/ghee & fry the tomatoes till half tomatos is done. (Fry for 12 to 15 minutes).
3 Now mix the meat and green chillies with tomatoes. Cover the pan and cook on high flame for
5 minutes & then for 10 minutes on low flame.
4 Spread lemon juice & finely cut green chillies. Delicious Karahi/Fry Gosht is ready. Serve with hot nan.
1 Take a pan put oil/ghee & Fry onion (cut in small pieces) until golden brown, then mix in grinded garlic
& Taj Karahi/Fry Gosh Masala till the oil is spread.
2 Now put the chicken fry on high flame and check the chicken it is ready. Serve with hot nan and kulcha.
