Fish Masala

INGREDIENTS:

Red chilli, Salt , Red chilli , Corriander , Dried Onion, Ginger , Galic , Clinnamon , Clove ,
Dill Leaves, Big Cardamom, Cumin Seeds , Black Paper , Mango Power , & Food Ingredients.


Fry Fish

Fish 1 to 1 ½ kg Whole or cut into pieces
Garlic paste .1 ½ tbsp.
Ghee/Oil ½ kilo for frying bottle

1 Mix Taj Fish Masala and garlic paste and apply on the fish and marinate for 15 to 20 mints.
2 Fry the fish in hot oil till golden brown serve with lemon juice and Taj Chat Masala.
3 For a diffenced taste add 3-4 tbsp. of tamarind juice in the above recipe.


Fry Prawn

Prawn 1 ½ kg
Yogurt 1 cup beat
Onion ½ finaly chopped
Garlic paste .1 tbsp
Bay leaves 20-25 leaves
Ghee/Oil 1 cup
Taj Fish Masala Spice Mix (50 gms)

1 In hot oil fry onion till golden brown. Add by leaves. Yoghurt, garlic and Taj Fish Masala and fry for a few minutes.
2 Now add the prawn / fish and fry for 10 mins . Add 3 to 4 cups of water and cook on low flame
3 Serve with boiled rise.
