Red chilli, Cumain seeds, Garlic, Coriander, Cardamom,
Cinnamon, Papaya, Salt and Natural Food Ingredients.
Chicken Meat | 1 kg to 1 ½ kg (6 to 8 pieces) |
Yoghurt | ½ cup |
White Vinegar/Lemon | 6 medium sized whole |
Garlic Paste | ½ tablespoon |
Ginger Paste | ½ tablespoon |
Ghee/Oil | ½ cup |
Taj Chicken Tikka Masala | 50 gms |
1 . Using a knife give small cuts in the chicken pieces. Fill a Bowl with water.
Soak the Chicken pieces in it for half on hour and wash thoroughly.
2 . Mix The Taj Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic past, Ginger past. White Vinager/lemon,
Yoghurt and Marinate Chicken Properly for about 1 hour.
3 . Put Chicken pieces on skewer and BBQ then or bake in a preheated oven.
Mix the left over Masala with oil and apply in the chicken with a brush or a cloth
At Regular intervals.
Delicious Chicken Tikka's are ready. Serve with hot & spicy ketchup & salad.
