Red Chilli, Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin Seeds,
Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Tumeric, Salt &
Natural Food Ingredients.
Chicken Meat | 1 kg |
Onion (Finely Sliced) | 3 Medium Sized |
Oil/Ghee | 1 cup |
Yoghurt | ½ kg (Beaten) |
Taj Chicken Masala | 50 gms. |
1 Fry Sliced onion till golden brown in oil/Ghee.
2 Remove the fried onions from the Oil/Ghee and Crush them.
3 In the same oil add chicken, Yoghurt, Taj Chicken Masala and fry for 5
To 7 minutes. Cook on low heat till the meat is tender.
4 Keep the strirring at intervals and add water as desired.
5 When the chicken is done add one cup of water and fried crushed
Onions. Cover the pan and simmer on low flame for approx. 15 minutes
Or till the oil separated.
Serve tasty Chicken Masala with Nan or Taftan.
