Salt, Red Chilli, Papaya, Cinnamon, Big Cardamon,
Turmeric, Black Pepper, Small Cardamon, Garlic,
Cumin, Seeds & Natural Food ingredients.
Meat (Beef/Mutton/Chicken) | 500 to 700 gms small cubes with bones |
Rice Basmati | 600 to 800 gms washed and soaked for 25 minutes |
Onion medium sized | 4 to 5 finely sliced |
Tomatoes medium sized | 4 chopped |
Potatoes medium sized | peeled & cut in 4 purchase |
Ginger shreds | 3 tablespoon |
Garlic paste | 1 tablespoon |
Yoghurt | 200 gms whipped |
Oil/Ghee | 1 to ½ cups |
Taj Biryani Masala | 65 gms |
1 Heat oil and fry onions until golden brown. Add tomatoes and fry until the oil separates.
2 Add meat, Garli, Ginger, Potatoes, Youghurt and Taj Bombay Biryani Masala Spice Mix
And fry for 15 mins, Add two cup of water cook on low flame till the meat is tender.
Now fry on high flame until the oil separates itself from tha masala.
3 Boil the soaked rice in 13 glasses of water in a separate pan with 3 tablespoon of salt
Until almost done. Drain the remaining water thoroughly.
4 Spread the meat masala over the rice in two layers and simmer on law flame until be rice
Is done. Mix properly with a flat spoon before serving.
Delicious Taj Bombay Biryani is ready to serve with fresh salad and raita.
For best results use meat of breast ribs and shoulder cuts.
Serving Suggestion: 6 to 8 persons.
