ACHAR GOSHT MASALA

INGREDIENTS:

Red Chilli, Cumin seeds , Tuneric
Salt, Mango Powder , Ginger , Garlic , Black paper , Bay Leaves,
Nigella seeds , Aniseeds , Citric Acid , Caramon , Cinnamon,
Clover & Natural Food Ingredients


INGREDIENTS:

Meat (Beef/Chicken/Mutton) 1kg small cubes
Ginger (Shareads) 3 table spoons
Garlic Paste 2 table spoons
Oil/Ghee 1 cup
Large Green Chillies 8 to 9 (slit length wise frome on side)
Youghurt ½ kg (beaten)
Tmates (6 medium size) ½ kg (cubes in small pieces)
Lemon Juice 2 table spoons
Taj Achar Gosht Masala 50 gms.

EASY STEPS:

1 . Take 2 table spoons of Achar Gosht Masala Spice Mix and keep it separately to fill the green chillies.
Mix the renaububg Achar Gosht Spice Maix with yoghurt and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
(in case you are using chicken you don't need marinate)
2 . Fry the chopped tomatoes in half cup of oil/ghee and cover and cook on low flame till are done.
3 . Mix the Achar Gosht Masala Spice Mix (kept sepatatery) with lemon juice and fill the green chillies.
4 . Heat the Reamining oil and add the marinate meat, ginger and garlic and fry for 10 mints.lower the
Flame and cook for 10 mins and then add fried tomatoes and further cook for 5 min. add water as
Dished and cook on low flame till the meat is tender. (if using chicken do not add water) when the delicious Achar Gosht in ready………. Serve with nan and taftan.
